Images Submitted by Our Clients

Learning magazine and www.learningmagazine.com are owned by The Education Center, LLC (TEC). Any person sending an image for inclusion in Learning magazine and/or TheMailbox.com, “Client”, represents and warrants to The Education Center, LLC that (a) Client has the right, power and authority to enter into this usage agreement and to grant the rights granted herein and (b) the components provided by Client will not infringe upon or violate any proprietary or other right (including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or rights of privacy or publicity) of any third party.

Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless TEC and its affiliates, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Losses”) based upon any third party claim that would, if true, constitute a breach of any of the indemnifying party’s representations, warranties or obligations under this Agreement.
