What is The Mailbox Rewards?
The Mailbox Rewards is a program designed to reward our best customers for the purchases they make in our Shop. Select teachers are automatically enrolled in the program and start saving instantly on their future purchases. Upon enrollment, active rewards members become eligible for a variety of both onetime and ongoing benefits as well as short-term promotions.
What are the benefits of being in The Mailbox Rewards Club?
Current benefits include the following:
- $3.99 flat rate shipping on all product orders
- Free shipping on product orders of $25 or more
- 10% discount every day on The Mailbox books
- Exclusive offers via email promotions
What is the cost to join?
There is no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.
How do I join The Mailbox Rewards?
When you place a qualifying purchase of $50 or more you will be automatically enrolled in The Mailbox Rewards.
Can I share my Rewards benefits?
No. The Mailbox Rewards are not transferable and are only valid for the registered account holder.
How do I redeem my benefits?
Every time you shop at TheMailbox.com for products, just sign in with your username and password and you'll automatically receive your shipping discount and savings on The Mailbox books at checkout. Reward benefits will not be available when you place an order via mail, fax, or the 800 number.
What can I purchase with The Mailbox Rewards?
You may purchase books from The Mailbox which are found by clicking on "Shop" in the main navigation. Items that cannot be purchased with The Mailbox Rewards include current volumes of The Mailbox® Yearbook, closeouts, eBooks, eUnits, digital products, online memberships, magazine subscriptions, and gift certificates.
How will I hear about additional Rewards savings available to me?
The Mailbox Rewards uses your email address to keep you informed of special Rewards events available to you. Please be sure to check your email often so you don't miss exclusive savings and keep your email address updated with The Mailbox website. If you need to update your registration information, sign in and go to "Manage Account."
What are the Terms and Conditions of The Mailbox Rewards?
The Education Center (TEC) sponsors The Mailbox Rewards which, at TEC's discretion, provides discounts or special benefits to select members of TheMailbox.com. All benefits offered under The Mailbox Rewards are at TEC's sole discretion. TEC reserves the right to limit, modify, change, alter, waive, or cancel benefits or The Mailbox Rewards as a whole at any time, with or without notice.
